Product Rights

Product Rights refers to the ability of the Administrator account to limit the ability of other accounts to use the purchased products in Connected Business.

Attempts to access without Product Rights will return the following error prompt:

To do so,

  1. On the System module, go to Accounts > Product Rights. The Product Rights form will be displayed.

  2. On the Detail tab, select a Product Name, then add users from the Existing Users list to the Selected Users list to allow them to use that product.

    The number of possible users selected to use a product can’t exceed the number of the product’s License Count.  

  3. Click Save or Save and Close to apply changes.
