eShopCONNECTED

eShopCONNECT provides a full automated way of interfacing Connected Business with other web sites.  At its core is a generic XML import function which can import Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes, plus their related Customers into Connected Business. Its power comes from the eShopCONNECTORS which provide specific interface functionality to eCommerce web sites such as Amazon, Channel Advisor, eBay, Sears.com, Shop.com as well as popular third party shopping carts such as ASPDotNetStorefront, Magento and Volusion.

Using an easily created XML import format, the core module of eShopCONNECT can also process import files created by other external sources.

Physically, eShopCONNECT consists of a Connected Business Plugin, Web Service and Windows Service and it is included as an installer option in Connected Business 13.1 and later versions. If you require eShopCONNECT for an earlier version of Connected Business, please contact (This email address is being protected from spambots. The Connected Business plugin provides configuration facilities which are accessible from the eCommerce module eShopCONNECT menu group, the Web Service handles the importing of Sales Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes from XML messages delivered via an HTTP web post, while the Windows Service performs all the automated tasks required by the various eShopCONNECTORS.

The eShopCONNECTORS are installed as standard part of the eShopCONNECT installation, but they are individually activated by an Activation Code for a particular eShopCONNECTOR.
