The Connected Business Import Manager is designed to allow you to import files with Excel, CSV, or XML compatible formats in a very customizable way to meet your business needs. To be able to use the import manager, you need to create an excel file (or the other aforementioned formats) from your existing system data to serve as your import source. Templates can be pre-generated per import item (table) to ease the import process.
In Connected Business v13, you can access the Import Manager from the System Manager module.
In Connected Business v14, the Import Manager is run as a separate application (refer to Run Import Manager in Connected Business v14 for more details).
